Products & Craftsmanship
Every SOECO ARTLIVING piece is handcrafted using premium brass and carefully selected materials. Due to the artisanal production process, slight variations in dimensions, texture, color, and finish are considered natural characteristics rather than defects.
Custom Design Orders
Custom-made furniture is produced according to approved drawings, finishes, and specifications. Once production has commenced, custom orders cannot be cancelled or substantially modified.
Pricing & Payment
All quotations are subject to confirmation. Production generally begins after receipt of the required deposit. Remaining balances must be settled before shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Delivery & Inspection
Estimated production and delivery schedules are provided for reference only. Customers are encouraged to inspect products immediately upon delivery and notify us promptly if shipping damage is discovered.
Intellectual Property
All product designs, photographs, drawings, renderings, logos, trademarks, website content, and marketing materials remain the exclusive intellectual property of SOECO ARTLIVING and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
SOECO ARTLIVING shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website, delays in production caused by circumstances beyond our control, or improper installation performed by third parties.
