Every SOECO ARTLIVING furniture piece is handcrafted to order by skilled artisans. Standard production typically requires 6–12 weeks depending on the design complexity, material selection, quantity, and project schedule.
Premium Packaging
Each product is carefully inspected before shipment and protected using professional export-grade packaging. Custom wooden crates, reinforced corner protection, and moisture-resistant materials are used whenever required for international transportation.
Worldwide Shipping
We provide worldwide delivery through trusted international logistics partners. Shipping methods are selected according to the destination, product dimensions, project timeline, and customer requirements to ensure safe and reliable transportation.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery dates are provided for planning purposes only. Customs clearance, weather conditions, carrier schedules, and local regulations may affect transportation times beyond our direct control.
Delivery Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location provides adequate access for large furniture pieces. Additional services such as inside delivery, installation, or white-glove handling may be arranged upon request.
Inspection Upon Arrival
Please inspect all packages immediately upon delivery. Any visible transportation damage should be documented with the carrier and reported to SOECO ARTLIVING within seven (7) days, accompanied by photographs and supporting information.
Returns & Exchanges
Because most SOECO ARTLIVING products are handcrafted or custom-made, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted unless manufacturing defects or shipping damage have been confirmed by our quality assurance team.
